AGREEMENT TO OUR PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY
We are Nava Diving Company Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in Thailand at 18/25 Moo 3, Koh Tao Sub-district, Koh Phangan District, Surat Thani 84360. Our company registration number is 0845560007695.
We operate the website https://www.navascuba.com (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to the Terms and Conditions available on our website (collectively, the “Services”).
This Product Delivery Policy outlines the terms regarding the delivery of our digital services and products. By making a purchase through our Services, you agree to be bound by this policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS POLICY, YOU MUST NOT PURCHASE OUR SERVICES.
1. Nature of Products
All products, services, and materials sold by us are exclusively digital in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, e-learning courses, digital course materials, and online certifications (“Digital Product”). No physical items will be shipped to your address.
2. Delivery Method
Upon successful completion of your purchase, all digital services and materials will be delivered to you electronically. Delivery will typically be facilitated via:
- Email to the address provided at the time of purchase.
- Direct access through your registered user account on PADI website/application related to our Services.
You consent to receive all products and related communications electronically. This satisfies any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Digital Product (including e-learning materials, digital course materials, and online certifications) and access to services require manual processing. The delivery of the Digital Product may take up to 24-48 hours after your PADI account is created and verified.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to incorrect information provided by you (such as email, name, date of birth, and etc.), email server issues, spam filters, or the PADI account not being created.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Nava Diving Company Limited’s booking confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of your purchase. After that, you are required to fill out the online registration form and create a PADI account.
After completion of the above instruction, PADI’s course registration email, containing access links, codes, or instructions for your Digital Products, will follow.
Please retain these email correspondences for your records.
If you do not receive our booking confirmation email or PADI’s course registration email (if applicable) within the specified timeframe, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
5. Shipping Costs
As all our products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping or handling fees associated with any purchase. The price you see at checkout is the final price, subject to any applicable sales tax as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
6. Global Distribution
Our digital services are available to customers worldwide. The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of the Services comply with your local laws.
