What’s the benefit of diving with a Nitrox tank?
Diving with Enriched Air Nitrox is not about diving deeper, but rather extending your underwater adventure with
longer no-decompression limit (NDL) times. This key benefit of Nitrox allows you to maximize your dives, especially when you have ample air pressure in your tank. Additionally, Nitrox offers the advantage of reduced nitrogen concentration in your bloodstream, leading to shorter surface intervals between dives. Day 1
13.00 Theory in the classroom with our instructor
16.00 Analyze your nitrox tank for your dive (if opt-in)
17.00 Come back to the dive center and wrap up the day

07.00 Your 2 optional dives with nitrox tanks while exploring Koh Tao dive sites
11.00 Lunch break and debriefing with a view at our dive center

Requirements for PADI Enriched Air Nitrox Course
- The participant is at least 12 years old at the time of the experience
- The participant has at least PADI Open Water certification (or equivalent)
- The participant is physically and mentally healthy. He/she may want to check out the PADI medical form first for better understanding.
