About the Role

Nava Scuba Diving is seeking a proactive and versatile Resident Dive Professional to join our core team. Unlike traditional freelance teaching roles, this is a full-time, salaried position for a professional seeking stability and eager to be involved in all aspects of a thriving dive business.
You will be the face of Nava Scuba Diving, guiding students in the water, driving sales in the shop, and ensuring our daily logistics run smoothly. We are looking for a true team player with a flexible, “all-hands-on-deck” mentality.

Core Responsibilities

• Dive Instruction & Leading: Deliver high-quality, safe, and engaging scuba diving courses and guided dives that meet our service standards for our guests.
• Sales & Customer Experience: Actively promote and sell dive courses, trips, and retail products. Serve as the first point of contact in the dive shop, providing exceptional service to walk-in customers and inquiries.
• Logistics & Transport: Safely assist and operate the company vehicle to transport equipment, staff, and guests to designated locations.
• Shop Operations: Manage daily dive center duties during non-teaching hours, including equipment preparation, shop supervision, and general administration.
• General Operational Support: Assist management with ad hoc duties, projects, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the business.

What We Are Looking For

• Thai nationality only
• Good command of English and Thai
• Active PADI instructor with valid insurance. (New instructors are welcome)
• Valid driver’s license (Able to drive a manual transmission vehicle is a plus)
• Strong communication and sales skills with a customer-first mindset.
• A highly adaptable and flexible attitude; willing to step out of the traditional “instructor-only” role to support the broader needs of the shop.
• Ability to take initiative during quiet periods to improve shop operations.

What We Offer

• Stability: A fixed monthly salary starting at 35,000 THB (plus sales commissions)
