Refund and Cancellation Policy

AGREEMENT TO OUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We are Nava Diving Company Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in Thailand at 18/25 Moo 3, Koh Tao Sub-district, Koh Phangan District, Surat Thani 84360. Our company registration number is 0845560007695.

We operate the website https://www.navascuba.com (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to the ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของเรา available on our website (collectively, the “Services”).

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds for our services may be granted. By making a purchase through our Services, you agree to be bound by this policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS POLICY, YOU MUST NOT PURCHASE OUR SERVICES.

1. General Policy

All payments shall be in Thai Baht. As we provide services and digital products, our policy is designed to address cancellations of booked activities and access to digital materials.

A customer is only entitled to a refund for the cases as set out in this policy.

2. Full Refund Condition

Customers may be entitled to a full refund if the customer cancels a booked diving activity with at least 24 hours’ advance notice, if and only if the specific booking included a 24-hour free cancellation option.

3. Refund Due to Medical Cancellations

Customers who must cancel a booked diving activity for a medical reason may be entitled to a refund. This is subject to the following conditions:

  • The customer must provide valid medical evidence or a certificate to substantiate the claim.
  • All refunds for medical reasons will be assessed and determined on a case-by-case basis.

4. E-learning Material Costs

In the event of a booking cancellation where a customer has been granted a refund but wishes to retain access to their e-learning material, a fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

The charge for retaining registered e-learning material is 3,500 THB per code.

5. Shipping Costs

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
Please be advised of the following limitations from our payment providers:

  • PayPal: We cannot process a refund back to the payer’s account after 6 months from the original transaction date.
  • BeamCheckout: We cannot process a refund back to the payer’s account after 3 months from the original transaction date.

Should a refund be approved after these periods, we will adhere to our cancellation policy by transferring the sum via an alternative payment channel. However, we will not be responsible for any transaction fees that may arise from using these alternative channels.

6. How to Request a Refund

To resolve a complaint or request a refund, please contact us directly and provide your purchase information and the reason for your request. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via our contact channels.
