Unlike traditional freelance teaching roles, this is a full-time, salaried position for a professional seeking stability and eager to be involved in all aspects of a thriving dive business.<br \/>\nYou will be the face of Nava Scuba Diving, guiding students in the water, driving sales in the shop, and ensuring our daily logistics run smoothly. We are looking for a true team player with a flexible, &#8220;all-hands-on-deck&#8221; mentality.<\/p>\n<h2>Core Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dive Instruction &amp; Leading:<\/strong> Deliver high-quality, safe, and engaging scuba diving courses and guided dives that meet our service standards for our guests.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sales &amp; Customer Experience:<\/strong> Actively promote and sell dive courses, trips, and retail products. Serve as the first point of contact in the dive shop, providing exceptional service to walk-in customers and inquiries.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Logistics &amp; Transport:<\/strong> Safely assist and operate the company vehicle to transport equipment, staff, and guests to designated locations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shop Operations:<\/strong> Manage daily dive center duties during non-teaching hours, including equipment preparation, shop supervision, and general administration.<\/li>\n<li><strong>General Operational Support:<\/strong> Assist management with ad hoc duties, projects, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What We Are Looking For<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Thai nationality only<\/li>\n<li>Good command of English and Thai<\/li>\n<li>Active PADI instructor with valid insurance.
